Bella Vi Studio Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Bella Vi Studio, we truly value our time with each client and understand that life happens — kids, family, pets, and illness included. We always appreciate open communication and advance notice whenever possible. That said, our time is very valuable, and missed or last-minute cancellations directly impact our ability to serve other clients. Please review our policy below. Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Our salon phone number is available for calls and texts 24/7.     •    All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.     •    Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the total service(s) scheduled. Credit Policy:     •    When the 100% cancellation fee is charged, that amount may be applied as a credit toward your next appointment, provided the appointment is rebooked.     •    If a new appointment is scheduled, the credit will be applied 100% toward that service.     •    If no future appointment is scheduled, the credit is forfeited, and the next appointment will be charged at full price. Missed Appointments / No-Shows A “No-Show” occurs when a guest does not arrive for their appointment and does not contact the salon.     •    No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to compensate for lost time.     •    We reserve the right to decline future booking requests from guests who repeatedly miss appointments.     •    After two missed appointments, future bookings will require a 100% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling.     •    This deposit will be applied to your appointment total at checkout.
