Cancellation Policy
Here at Bella Vi, we value our time with our clients, but we do understand that life happens. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. The salon phone number is available for both calls and texting.
Cancellations:
- For an appointment that is 1-3 hours in duration, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation.
- For an appointment that exceeds 3 hours, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation.
- A charge of 100% the total service(s) scheduled will apply to appointments canceled after the required time frames (the 24 and 48-hour requirements).
Missed appointments:
- Our “No Show” policy applies when a guest misses their appointment without notification or contacting us.
- If you do not contact us or show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your total appointment cost to compensate the stylist for the lost time.
- We reserve the right to decline requests from guests who have missed multiple appointments.
- If you have missed 2 appointments, you may book future services by paying a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the service scheduled. The deposit will be credited to your appointment total at checkout.
